EXCHANGE YOUR GEAR:
You're not fully satisfied with your product and you want to exchange it? No Problem, just exchange it within 30 days. Follow the steps below:
- Fill out this Exchange Form.
- Our Customer Service Dept will review the form. If it is approved we will email you a shipping label.
- Once you receive the shipping label, send us your gear!
- Once we receive your package, we'll pay to send you your new gear.
Note: Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Vivid Roots is not responsible for packages that are damaged during return shipment and if receipt by our receiving department cannot be verified.
GET A REFUND:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Vivid Roots Product you can return the product within 30 days for a refund provided they are in new unused condition and the products have the original packaging. However, the contribution to clean water cannot be refunded and their will be an additional 10% re-stocking fee.
- Fill out this Refund Request Form.
- Our Customer Service Dept will review the form. If it is approved we will email you a shipping label.
- Once you receive the shipping label, send us your gear!
- Once we receive your package, we'll refund your payment within 7-10 days.
