30 DAY RETURN POLICY

IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR ONLINE PURCHASE YOU MAY RETURN ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. YOU WILL BE CHARGED A RESTOCKING FEE OF $5.99. HOWEVER, IF YOUR PRODUCT IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL, WE WILL REPLACE YOUR PRODUCT FREE OF CHARGE, OR PROVIDE A FULL REFUND AFTER THE PRODUCT HAS MADE IT BACK TO US. 

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE PORTION OF COST THAT IS DONATED TOWARD ANY CHARITABLE MEANS.

RETURN CLAIM PROCESS

Email us at vrteam@vividroots.com and have your order # and items you wish to return available and a brief message denoting the issue with said order.

Once your request is received we will email you a return authorization number (RA#) In which you should place on the package when shipping it back. 

Once we receive and inspect the product (typically 72 hours upon receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to the credit card associated to your original order.
Please allow 7-10 business days for credit to clear
Original shipping charges will not be added to credit

If you are returning or exchanging items, please allow 5-7 business days for your new items to make it to you.
